In 2011, alongside its strengths in telecommunications and IT, An Phat entered real estate with its first project, the An Phat Building, at 5/82 Duy Tan Street, Cau Giay Ward, Hanoi, in Cau Giay IT Park.
The building offers more than 14,000 m² of floor area across 17 floors above ground and two basement levels, and has been in operation since 2015. Its construction and investment phase ran from 2012 to 2015, with a total investment of more than VND 600 billion. As the developer, An Phat also leases and manages the building directly.
