When you send an enquiry through the website, we collect your full name, organisation, email address, phone number, area of interest and the content of your enquiry. The website does not currently use any analytics tools (such as Google Analytics).
3. How we use your information
We use the information to:
- respond to your enquiry, provide advice and discuss cooperation;
- send documents and quotations related to your enquiry.
We use the information for any other purpose only with your separate consent.
4. Sharing your information
An Phat does not buy or sell personal information. Information is shared only:
- with infrastructure providers (website hosting, email) to the extent needed to operate the service;
- with Google LLC, the provider of Google Forms, which the website’s contact form uses to receive enquiries; the data may be stored on servers located outside Vietnam;
- with competent state authorities when required by law.
5. Retention period
Information is kept for 24 months from your most recent contact with us, or until you ask us to delete it, whichever comes first.
6. Security
We apply appropriate technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including transmitting data over encrypted connections (HTTPS) and limiting access to the staff responsible.

Under the Law on Personal Data Protection No. 91/2025/QH15, you have the right to:

- give or withdraw your consent;
- access, correct or request deletion of your data;
- lodge a complaint and claim compensation if your rights are infringed.
