From importing electronics in 2003 to high-tech solutions, real estate and renewable energy, An Phat has grown on its proven ability to deliver large-scale projects.

Founding, and a recognised name in electronics and home appliance imports

An Phat Technology Trading Joint Stock Company was established and began operations on 29 January 2003, under business registration number 0101335066 issued by the Hanoi Department of Planning and Investment. Within two years, An Phat had become a well-known importer of electronics and home appliances, working with major partners such as Vietnam Airlines, Sanyo and Happy Cook.

Telecom SIM cards and bank cards: contracts worth more than VND 1,000 billion

In 2008 An Phat moved into telecommunications and IT and became the exclusive distributor of smart cards from Morpho Card, part of France’s Sagem Group (now IDEMIA). It went on to supply SIM cards to Vinaphone (2008–2014, about 30 million SIMs), MobiFone (2009–2022, about 70 million SIMs) and Viettel (2010–2011, 4 million SIMs), as well as more than 1 million credit cards to Agribank (2013–2018). Together, its telecom SIM and bank card contracts are worth more than VND 1,000 billion.

The An Phat Office Building, 82 Duy Tan

An Phat built and brought into operation the An Phat Office Building at 82 Duy Tan, Cau Giay IT Park, Hanoi, with a total investment of more than VND 600 billion. With more than 14,000 m² of floor area across 17 floors above ground and two basement levels, it was An Phat’s first real estate project. In 2015 An Phat’s revenue exceeded VND 200 billion.

High-tech solutions for VINASAT, MobiFone and VTC

Following the EMV chip card personalisation system delivered to Agribank in 2012, An Phat deployed and upgraded the network operations centre (NOC) for the VINASAT-2 satellite, supplied broadcast test and measurement equipment to state regulators and power cabinet systems for MobiFone’s base stations (2013), installed display systems and a virtual studio for VTC Digital Television (2015), and delivered a satellite data storage system for VINASAT (2016).

More than 1,680 video conferencing endpoints

An Phat rolled out an online video conferencing system down to commune level for Quang Ninh Province (2017–2019, more than 200 endpoints), supplied equipment for 750 district-level endpoints for VNPT-NET (2019), and upgraded and expanded Vietnam Social Security’s video conferencing system across 63 provinces and cities with 730 endpoints (2019–2021). In total, An Phat has deployed more than 1,680 endpoints.

Langs Village, 82 Chua Lang

An Phat is building and bringing into operation Langs Village at 82 Chua Lang Street, Hanoi, with a total investment of up to VND 1,000 billion. The mixed-use development of 11 shophouses and an office building on a 2,415 m² site currently houses An Phat’s business office.

660 MW of renewable energy in Quang Ngai and Khanh Hoa

An Phat is focused on developing a 660 MW portfolio of wind and solar projects in Quang Ngai and Khanh Hoa provinces, with a planned total investment of USD 770 million. Of this, the 200 MW Sac Ly – Kon Tum 1 and 2 wind projects are already included in Power Development Plan VIII.

Smart buildings, AI-powered security and digital banking security

An Phat installed the sound, television, access control and building management (iBMS) systems at the Vietnam Social Security headquarters and built an AI-powered smart security control system for the Hung Yen Provincial Police (2023), expanded the server and storage systems of the Ninh Binh Provincial Data Centre (2024), and deployed mobile app security for Viettel Money and LPBank (2025).
