Since 2008, An Phat has researched and supplied chip cards for businesses in Vietnam and abroad. It has supplied SIM cards to Vinaphone (2008–2014, about 30 million SIMs), MobiFone (2009–2022, about 70 million SIMs) and Viettel (2010–2011, 4 million SIMs). Together with more than 1 million credit cards supplied to Agribank (2013–2018), An Phat’s telecom SIM and bank card contracts are worth more than VND 1,000 billion.
As the exclusive distributor of smart card products and solutions from IDEMIA (formerly Morpho Card of the Sagem Group, France), An Phat supplies SIM cards, scratch cards and SIM applications that meet operators’ technical standards and security requirements.
